M-S-G-C-U’s Online Banking: Using Bill Pay. M-S-G-C-U’s Bill Pay is a convenient way to pay all your bills in one place. Setting up Bill Pay for the first time. To get started, you must first enable Bill Pay. After you’ve logged in to Online Banking, select Bill Pay from the left-hand menu. For your security, you will receive a one-time pin to authenticate it’s really you. Enter your pin where prompted. Bill Pay will open in another tab. You can now make and schedule payments in Online Banking or M-S-G-C-U’s Mobile App. Add a new Payee. To add a new payee, click “Pay someone new” at the top of the page. For your convenience, popular payees, also referred to as billers, are available. Or you can enter your own biller’s information. Follow the onscreen instructions to input the required information. Review the details you entered and select “Confirm”. You can immediately send a payment, set up auto-pay, or add payment reminders. Editing an existing payee. Click on the biller you’d like to update. Click Options for the selected payee. Then Modify. Make your desired changes and click Confirm. Making a payment to one or multiple payees. To pay a single biller, start on the Single Pay tab, and click the payee you wish to pay. Their information will conveniently populate in the payment form. Input the date you want to send the payment, and the dollar amount. Click Make Payment and confirm your payment details. To pay multiple billers at once, click on the Multi Pay tab. Input the dollar amounts and dates for your payments and then click Confirm All Payments. Review payment details for each biller and select Confirm. How to set up recurring payments. First, select the payee you want to set up recurring payments for. Click Options, then select Set up auto-pay. Follow the onscreen instructions to fill in the required information. Set the payment frequency, the recurring payment start date, and when you would like the payments to stop. Review your settings and click Save auto-pay options. You can now view, modify, or cancel your payment under the Activity tab located on the right-hand side of the screen. As always, we’re here to help.
